Dr. Lalrimawi “Dr. Mawii” Pudaite, Co-founder,
Dr. Mawii was born in Khawlian, Mizoram, India, and came to the United States in 1959 with her husband, Dr. Rochunga Pudaite, to begin their ministry. She is a popular speaker and author of the book Beyond the Next Mountain, a story about her husband and their ministry work. Dr. Mawii also serves on the boards of William Carey Heritage Foundation, Executive Council of Evangelical Free Church of India (EFCI), Partnership Mission Society (Trustee), Executive Committee of Partnership Mission Society, and Trinity College and Seminary. Dr. Mawii graduated with an Intermediate Arts Degree from St. Mary’s College in Shillong, Meghalaya, in Northeast India. After coming to America, she continued her education at Wheaton College in Illinois. In 2009, Trinity College and Seminary in Sielmat, Manipur, India, bestowed the Honorary Doctorate of Divinity to her. Dr. Mawii and Dr. Ro Pudaite have three grown children and six grandchildren and live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
John L. Pudaite, President & CEO
John, the son of Dr. Rochunga and Mawii Pudaite, was named President of BFTW in May, 2015. He previously served BFTW since 2006 as the Vice President for International Ministries. He also served for seven years as the Executive Vice- President (COO/CFO) at BTFW’s Colorado Springs headquarters. John was installed as President in May of 2015, succeeding his parents to lead the ministry for the coming decades. He oversees ministry activities both in India and around the world. John is also an award winning filmmaker and is passionate about appropriating new technologies and sustainable development to help advance the cause of Christ. He also serves on the Board of Reference for The Christian Film & Television Commission. John received a B.A. in Philosophy and Art History from Wheaton College. He spends several months each year in India with his wife, Lawm, son Joshua and daughter Hannah, but he also calls Colorado Springs, Colorado, home.
Jeff McLinden, Vice President
Jeff McLinden has worked in the areas of resource development and marketing for nonprofit institutions since 1979 including senior roles in development, creative marketing and management for Campus Crusade for Christ, The Christian Broadcasting Network, and Bible Literature International. He spent 20 years as a senior consultant and vice president of consulting group McConkey-Johnston International and helped a broad variety of ministries in many areas of development, communications and organizational change. Before coming to BFTW, Jeff owned his own marketing services company, Wordsmith Marketing, LLC. He and his wife live in Colorado Springs.

Louis S. Pope, Chairman of the Board, Donna C. Pope:
Louis is the president of Louis S. Pope & Company, an insurance brokerage and consulting firm specializing in employee benefit plans, life, health, and disability insurance. He also has farming interests in Arkansas, where he raises rice, soybeans, wheat, and corn. Louis has served on several church boards and helped start a church in Memphis. He graduated from Memphis State University. Louis’s wife, Donna, is a graduate of the FFA Academy and is a retired air traffic controller. Louis and Donna live in rural Fayette County, Tennessee.
John King, Treasurer, Kathy King:
John is the owner of King Construction in Pennsylvania. He is a trustee of Honeybrook Church. John has taken several trips to India for a first-hand look at the various ministries BFTW supports in Northeast India. He has also been an advisor for the local construction of church and school buildings on the India field. His wife, Kathy, is a Bible teacher and travels to various mission fields to minister. John and Kathy have five children and reside in New Holland, Pennsylvania.
Dr. James Congdon, Melody Congdon:
Jim has been the lead pastor at Topeka Bible Church for over 30 years. He serves as the chairman of the board of Jews for Jesus. Jim has a B.S. in Math from Wheaton College, a Th.M. in Old Testament from Dallas Seminary, and a D.Min from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Melody is guidance counselor and public relations director of Cair Paravel Latin School, a Christian classical school. She also directs Melody’s Makeover Ministry, which does home makeovers for needy people in Topeka. Melody has a B.S. in Social Work from Washburn University. Jim and Melody have four children and two grandchildren. They reside in Topeka, Kansas.
Will Stevens, Heather Stevens:
After 20 years as a Wall Street executive, Will followed the Lord’s call to Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary, earning his MDiv in Biblical Languages and Steward Leadership. He served for several years as the VP of Giving Strategies for Waterstone and is currently serving as the VP for the UnityPoint Health Foundation in Peoria, IL. Will is also the author of God’s Givers: Seven Old Testament Stories of Fearless Giving. Will and Heather make their home in Peoria.
Andrew Eversole, Joy Eversole:
Andy is the retired Tax Director for CTS Corporation. He earned his B.S. in Business from Indiana University, and followed with his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan. He served a number of years on the Board of Everence (an insurance and investing company associated with Anabaptist congregations) as the Chair of the Audit Committee, and is also an ordained minister in the Mennonite Church. His wife, Joy, devotes a significant amount of time volunteering with the local hospital. Andy and Joy have two children and four grandchildren. They reside in Goshen, Indiana.
