Bibles For The World is a catalyst for individual and cultural transformation
through Christ and the power of God’s Word.
While the Bible remains the most popular, most read book across the globe, more than 2 billion people have never had a chance to read God’s Word. That’s why BFTW works to provide Scriptures in regions where there is little or no access to the Bible.
You can provide God’s Word to people everywhere…
You can sponsor a child in India — and bring help and hope…
You can help touch people in desperate need of healing.
WHAT PARTNERS SAY ABOUT BIBLES FOR THE WORLD
[Rochunga] you are a spiritual hero to me because you’re devoted to what Jesus said — and what the New Testament teaches — that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. I believe that getting the Bible into more people’s hands around the world is one of the most important things we can ever do in this life. That’s why we’ve been involved with Bibles For The World for well over 40 years.

We were always looking for ways to get the Bible to remote places, and this was certainly what we had been hoping to find! Before, we had supported my first cousin Patricia, a medical Christian missionary who worked in the remotest areas of New Guinea her whole life. After she retired due to illness, we continued to support an air mission who flew supplies to Christian missionaries in remote areas until it concluded. Each person is born with a longing to find God and Christian fellowship in this world. We feel so privileged that we found Ro and Mawii so many years ago. We delight in praying very often for BFTW, the funding, the different projects, the board members, everyone’s health and guidance, and every little thing that we can think of that might help BFTW

I’ve been a fan of Bibles For The World for many years. They’re well known for making God’s Word available to hundreds of thousands of people with no Bibles and no knowledge of Jesus Christ. Their higher education initiatives at the college and seminary level equip national leaders to spread God’s Word among their own people. Nationals know the language and the culture and are more effective in connecting with their national peers. Bible For The World is a great model of evangelism, discipleship, partnership and training.
